The management team of the university of the university of Benin, Edo state, declared Wednesday 3rd of may, 2017 to commemorate the death of James Odiboh who drowned in the river Benue.
The public relations officer of the university, MR. Michael Osasuyi, who spoke to southern city news on Monday, stated that the vice-chancellor. Prof Faraday Orumwense, had paid a condolence visit to the parents of the deceased, one of who was a professor in the university.
