Tyerell Przybycien an 18yr old from Utah has been arrested after he helped his 16yr old friend commit suicide. He bought the materials she needed and filmed her as she killed herself. He was arrested and taken to the Utah County Jail for investigation of murder and reckless endangerment. He allegedly told police he had a fascination with death and wanted to see someone die.. A hunter found the girl hanging from a rope in a tree. In two plastic grocery bags on the ground near her body was a handwritten note stating who the girl was and explaining that 'if there were any questions to watch the video', a cell phone and a receipt for rope with Przybycien's name on it. On the cell phone was videotape taken before and after the girl's death.    In a report, the investigating officer wrote: 'You can clearly see the victim (in the video) with a noose around her neck while standing on a rock. A fight broke out on Monday at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Florida, after Spirit Airlines cancelled 11 flights. The angry passengers escalated their rage into a physical fight that included cops. Passengers who had waited for so long for their flight refused to be controlled as they shouted and pounded on the counter as the riot unfolded. Security officials made efforts to calm the passengers but it was to no avail. The fight continued even after the police got involved. At least 3 people were arrested before calm returned. Asides the cancelled flights, Spirit Airlines also had to delay 26 flights given that they were in the middle of a union dispute with the Airline Pilots Association and its pilots, who refused to fly out of protest. Estranged husband of actress Mercy Aigbe, Lanre Gentry, has been remanded in Ikoyi prison custody after failing to meet his bail conditions. Lanre was today arraigned before an Ogba Magistrate court on a three count charge offence bordering on breach of public peace, assault and causing grievous bodily harm on his wife. Police prosecutor, Inspector N. Peter told the court that Mr. Gentry constantly beat up Mercy and in the last assault, hit her on the nose, which resulted to blood gushing out. The police prosecutor said the offence committed by Gentry was contrary to and punishable under sections 157 (f), 168 (a) and 171 of the Criminal Law No II, Vol. 44 Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2011. Lanre is said to have entered a not guilty plea to the three count charge offence. The presiding magistrate, Mrs O. US President Trump has fired FBI Director James Comey, the White House announced Tuesday afternoon. "The president has accepted the recommendation of the Attorney General and the deputy Attorney General regarding the dismissal of the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation," White House Press Secretary, Sean Spicer told reporters. The White House released the following statement on the firing: "Today, President Donald J. Trump informed FBI Director James Comey that he has been terminated and removed from office. President Trump acted based on the clear recommendations of both Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. “The FBI is one of our Nation’s most cherished and respected institutions and today will mark a new beginning for our crown jewel of law enforcement,” said President Trump.

An Ikeja High court today sentenced  29-year-old housewife, Onyinyechi Akunne, to seven years imprisonment for stabbing to death her 35-year-old husband, Abuchi Akunne, with a kitchen knife during an argument over lotto tickets known as “Baba Ijebu” at their apartment at No. 85, Idimu Road, Ejigbo, a suburb of Lagos on March 28th 2015. The presiding judge, Justice Josephine Oyefeso, sentenced her to prison after she pleaded guilty to causing bodily harm to her husband as against the initial charge of murder. Justice Oyefeso rejected a clause in the plea bargain agreement where it was proposed that Akunne should serve a sentence of community service instead of a prison term. “In view of the defendant’s pleading guilty, I hereby find her guilty of one-count charge of grievous bodily harm. I hereby sentence her to seven years in prison starting from the day she remanded in prison custody which was March 28, 2015,” Oyefeso said.
